• Prepare various Month End Provisions within agreed timelines
• Complete activities related to General accounting like PO Review, GL Analysis and other related activities on daily basis
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents processed
• Ensure Real Time Service Delivery & Shrinkage
• Ensure on-time closing of books of accounts
• Assist in preparing for Statutory Audits and provide due support
• Scanning, archiving and managing all documentation related to R2R process
• Proper documentation of all the routine processing activities
• Preparation of Various MISs and Reports like Balance Sheet Reconciliations, IFRS and IGAAP reporting templates
• Deliver quality transaction support within defined service levels and processes
• Deliver performance against agreed service level agreements
• Ensure compliance with accounting policy
• Display good team player skills by involving self in extra-curricular activities
• Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from team leader / manager
• Ensure a ‘customer centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups
• Effective communication of issues across the SSC and working groups
• ICWA/MBA(Finance)/BCom
• 2 to 4 Years of work experience
• Understanding of General Ledger accounting and analysis
• SAP functional knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Written and Spoken English
• Knowledge of IFRS and IGAAP
• Experience in SSC/BPO/KPO
BCom/CA (Inter), ICWA/MBA(Finance)
